Refund, returns and privacy policies

In most circumstances, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any goods that have been dispatched.

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we may be able to offer a full refund. Once your refund has been approved, we will send you an email to confirm that the payment has been processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

To fulfil an order, we’ll only ever share your name and address with our shipping providers. The rest of your personal info remains private.

How long we retain your data

If you have completed a purchase on lareinamagazine.co.uk, we’ll keep your personal data for two years from the date of purchase. Cancelled orders will be kept for one year from the date of purchase, while failed and pending orders will be kept for 21 days.

What rights you have over your data

Should you wish for your personal data to be deleted, please email team@lareinamagazine.co.uk to facilitate this. Please note that should you have ordered a Season Pack, keeping your personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of all future copies.
